The purpose of the app is to help those negotiating settlements track the settlement offers and demands, and come to some sort of prediction for what and where a case may settle. Overall I loved the app, and until I upgraded all my devices to Android 4.0+, I used the app regularly. Apparently, the app isn’t available for Jelly Bean or Ice Cream Sandwich, so I was disappointed.
